At SKIL Events, offsites for global firms need more than a nice resort and a dinner reservation. JLL is one of the world's largest real estate services companies. When they bring 75 people to Fairmont Udaipur for a two-day team offsite, the setting does half the work. SKIL made sure the other half was just as sharp.
The centrepiece was Big Picture, a collaborative team building activity designed to get people working across departments, not just within them. 75 people, one shared canvas, and a result that only works when everyone contributes. SKIL coordinated the entire format, facilitation flow, and setup.
The rewards and recognition segment gave JLL's top performers their moment. After months of delivering behind spreadsheets and site visits, they got a stage at Fairmont. SKIL designed the R&R flow to keep it tight, personal, and worth the applause.
Evenings were split between a Rajasthani folk dance performance that brought the culture of Udaipur into the venue, and an illusionist who kept the room locked in between the folk acts and dinner. Not filler entertainment. Curated acts that added layers to the night instead of just filling time.
