SKIL Events took Reliance Industries completely off the grid. The brief landed at Delta by Della, a military-run outpost deep inside Lonavala, accessible only by forest trek or ferry. Rugged terrain, zero compromise on execution. We made the wilderness behave.

In Lonavala’s rugged hills, the Off The Grid offsite for Reliance Industries unfolded with a sense of adventure baked into every moment.

Delta by Della is not a place you stumble into; you earn your way there, either through a forest trek or a ferry cutting across the valley. That journey became the prologue. By the time teams arrived for a ceremonial salute from uniformed officers, the mood had already shifted. This wasn’t a hotel check-in. It was an entry into a different mindset.

The experience delivered exactly what it promised. Squad Games and Maverick challenged teams to think sharply, move decisively, and collaborate under pressure and not in a conference room, but in open terrain that pushed people out of their comfort zones. Evenings brought the contrast. The Off The Grid theme night transformed the property into a high-energy escape, a space where structure dissolved and the mood took over. The offsite ended with people carrying more than photos; they carried shared stories, heightened camaraderie, and the satisfaction of having stepped into an unfamiliar environment together and owning

Working with the Reliance team, we built an atmosphere that matched the offsite’s name. “Off The Grid” wasn’t décor, it was a mindset. The theme clicked because it forced a break from routine. Squad Games and Maverick came alive in that rugged setting, and by nightfall, the mood flipped into a high-energy, off-grid party that felt nothing like corporate life.

Every detail of the Reliance offsite was handled with precision; from managing phased arrivals through treks and ferry transfers to coordinating movement across a property designed like a military outpost. Our team ensured the journey itself became part of the experience, not a hurdle. The ceremonial salute at entry set the tone, and the flow stayed tight from there. By night, the off-grid theme took over, giving the group a sharp mood change without losing control of pacing. The atmosphere stayed aligned to purpose: challenge during the day, release at night, cohesion throughout.
