SKIL Events was tasked with pulling Reliance Industries completely off the map; literally. The brief landed us at Delta by Della, a military-run outpost hidden deep inside Lonavala, where the only way in was a forest trek or a ferry ride. Our job: turn this rugged, remote terrain into a high-performance offsite that still ran like clockwork. And yes, we made the wilderness behave.
Working with the Reliance team, we built an atmosphere that matched the offsite’s name. “Off The Grid” wasn’t décor, it was a mindset. The theme clicked because it forced a break from routine. Squad Games and Maverick came alive in that rugged setting, and by nightfall, the mood flipped into a high-energy, off-grid party that felt nothing like corporate life.
Every detail of the Reliance offsite was handled with precision; from managing phased arrivals through treks and ferry transfers to coordinating movement across a property designed like a military outpost. Our team ensured the journey itself became part of the experience, not a hurdle. The ceremonial salute at entry set the tone, and the flow stayed tight from there. By night, the off-grid theme took over, giving the group a sharp mood change without losing control of pacing. The atmosphere stayed aligned to purpose: challenge during the day, release at night, cohesion throughout.
